For years, I lived in survival mode — constantly pouring into everyone around me while neglecting myself in the process. I carried stress silently, showed up for everyone who needed me, and ignored the signs that my body was exhausted.

In October 2024, during one of the heaviest seasons of my life while grieving the loss of my brother and planning his funeral, everything changed.

I suffered a stroke.

That moment forced me to confront something I had pushed aside for far too long: my own well-being.

For the first time in years, I began learning how to rest without guilt. How to listen to my body. How to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. I started prioritizing recovery, nervous system care, and intentional wellness — not as luxury, but as necessity.

And from that journey, The Vital Reset was born.

This brand was created for the women who carry everything.
