The Vital Reset was born from a deeply personal awakening.

 After years of pouring into everyone around me while neglecting myself, my body reached a breaking point. In October 2024, during a season of overwhelming stress and grief — while planning my brother's funeral and carrying the emotional weight of being the strength for my family, I suffered a stroke.

That moment forced me to confront something I had ignored for far too long: my own well-being.

 For the first time in years, I began learning the power of rest, recovery, nervous system care, and intentional healing. What started as a personal journey became the foundation for The Vital Reset.

This brand was created for those who give endlessly, carry silently, and often forget themselves in the process.

 We believe recovery is more than physical. It is restoration of the body, the mind and the spirit.
